Balfour Beatty Rail Plant is the plant, equipment and vehicle supplier to the Balfour Beatty Group and manages the Railway Safety Case for Balfour Beatty
Rail. The company has over 340 employees working from 7 locations around the UK, hiring a wide range of rail related equipment, including: On-Track and
Road/Rail Plant, Small Plant and Tools, Portable Accommodation, Jack hire and lifting equipment refurbishment and calibration, Specialist equipment hire i.e.
Kirow Cranes, Rail Grinders and Track Construction Machines.
Balfour Beatty Rail Plant operates its OTM's under contract to Network Rail and to other third party customers. It also supplies road/rail equipment in
support of
Network Rail maintenance and also provides them with Stoneblower support services. .
